Our feedback for finalizing your proposal:
• Explicitly address climate change adaptation and relationship with your project
• We invite you to think bigger. What would be medium- to long-term strategies that would complement the proposed activities, and how might you expand your budget accordingly?

This proposal could really benefit from capacity building support for future submission (hopefully another party/institution will link up with the team).
