Brainstormed Fracking Proposals by TWCWC

The fracking proposals developed in this brainstorming session are all interesting suggestions for ways to better regulate or manage hydraulic fracturing operations that are worth considering and debating. However, the goal of this particular contest was to develop ways to measure, monitor, or reduce the climate impacts of hydraulic fracturing operations in particular, as opposed to other kinds of impacts, and most of the brainstormed proposals do not specifically address climate impacts, which makes them a less satisfying answer to the question posed here.
