Dap, Thank you for the submission; I think your idea offers a promising approach and I look forward to seeing how your proposal develops. You might also be interested in seeing what kinds of lessons can be learned from past examples in public health campaigns. For example, in the late 1980s the Harvard School of Public Health worked with Hollywood studios and television stations to socialize the then-now concept of designated driving.
