Thank you for your entry. Although this proposal contains some interesting concepts, we believe you need to take another look at the prices you cite here as it may be a major inhibitor to its realization. We do not see that it is feasible that linking a large number of diverse unit operations involving wastewater & solid waste (food waste, unrecycled paper waste, e.g.) can be accomplished in a local geographic setting at a total capital cost of roughly 1000 euros per capita and operating costs of roughly 50 euros per capita per year.
One key aspect linking the anaerobic digestion, algae production, and electrical generation processes is biogas cleanup -- do keep working on this, and include insight related to the design and implementation of biogas cleanup systems, as it's essential to its implementation.
