Summary
In the case of future warming with rising the ocean level, or future frozen and decreasing the ocean level, the population must be naturally reduced, because of very likely food shortage.

Huge educational program for people becoming aware of the climate problem starting with in university preparing new teacher for new generations. Other strategies must be discussed with the key actors.
