Hello BAS Nederland, Thank you for including your proposal in the Buildings competition. You have a lot of great innovations and ideas wrapped into this one proposal. I know that you mention that there are existing examples of commercial and neighborhoods that have achieved cost and carbon neutrality, and for commenters/judges less familiar with these it would be helpful for you to include specific examples of these. I think the biggest challenge that this proposal faces is that it addresses 2500 buildings which while commendable for its ambition, may be a bit difficult to implement since even less complex single residential/commercial buildings strive for net-carbon neutrality and find themselves unable to achieve it. Another question, has BAS successfully deployed their PTZ package in any buildings to date? If so, it would be helpful to see some results from these deployments so that commenters/judges can understand the data that underlies your assumptions around city-level energy/monetary savings results from this proposal. Very thorough work on this proposal so far, and I look forward to seeing more. Best wishes, -Shane
