Hello Robert, Thanks for this exciting concept of a wave-powered resort conference center. The biggest challenge that I foresee with this proposal is one of financing. Namely, what is the plan for fundraising $500 million in capital to finance this project? I like the idea, and I wonder if there is a smaller-scale opportunity that might require less financing?
