This proposal had an interesting and novel idea and a reasonable approach if the AR platform could be supported by existing APIs such as Google, Junaio, or Baidu. But there wasn’t enough detail or clarity to determine if it could be implemented. E.g., “the government will be in charge of providing information regarding local coastal vulnerability” is quite vague; many governments don’t have that capacity, which is one reason we’re holding this contest. We also had strong doubts that this ambitious project could be completed in the short time specified.
