His argument was that green housing was technology that needed to advance at a pace similar to that of computer technology, and the major roadblock to that level of growth was lack of an international standard.

These skeleton rooms are LEED certified, have standardized dimensions and contain specific features which engineers can tinker with to improve energy efficiency. Energy efficient designs using these skeleton rooms scores will be evaluated using many rating algorithms, and a composite score will be featured prominently.

I propose an exploratory website launch to see if demand exists for this product. An easy to use website with a few very easy to implement modular rooms are placed on the Internet.
A great package of learning materials is produced, these should be a welcome addition to any library. A great read at any office, and a nice showpiece for any conference. Coverage in architecture magazines and websites will promote this concept to the leaders in architecture.
People who use the modular rooms in their plans will be photographed and featured on the website.
