Summary
The major objective of Fcracking I-C-E is to facilitate shipping lanes
normally frozen!
Routing shipping traffic through the Arctic allows for shorter sailing
distances resulting in shorter trips.
Shipping operators can achieve cost savings through a reduction of the
number of days at sea, and energy efficiency improvements due to
slower speeds or a combination of both.
Distance savings along Arctic shipping routes can be as high as 40
percent compared to the traditional shipping lanes via the Suez Canal.
Shorter sailing distances allow for considerable fuel cost savings. The
reduced number of days at sea allows a ship to make more return trips
resulting in increased revenue and potentially greater profits.

AS AN EXAMPLE;
The cargo ship, Nordic Orion, recently unloaded 74,000 tons of coal at
the Port of Pori on Finland's western coast. This delivery through the
Northwest Passage marked the first time a commercial bulk carrier has
navigated the ice-choked route.
The Nordic Orion's trip through the Northwest Passage shaved about
1,000 nautical miles or 1,850 km off its normal trip to Finland via the
Panama Canal.
It was also able to carry more coal than usual, because it didn't need to
pass through the canal's shallower waters.
The ship's owner estimates the trip saved about $200,000.

Fcracking I-C-E is "out-of-the-box" innovation designed to
challenge the no business that normally halts ship travel everytime
the channel becomes frozen . . unless the ship has a highly
fortified hull or employs an I-C-E breaker to lead the way. _________________________________________________________
The bottom line here is . . everyday a normally frozen shipping
lane on Planet Earth becomes navigational is a rare opportunity to
increase profits for shippers, savings to consumers, and
reductions in harmful emissions.

What actions do you propose?
Challenge #1
As an example;
(a) We now have I-C-E 2 feet thick and weather history highly indicates
this 2 feet thick I-C-E will eventually expand to I-C-E 4 feet thick and shut
down this shipping lane.
(b) Our strategy is to SAFELY use unmanned hook and cable drones to
transport * custom shaped charges and strategically set them down on
the 2 feet thick I-C-E, unhook and fly back to another charge, and repeat
until this phase of the operation is finished.
(c) Over a period of time and weatherization . . * these custom shaped
charges will eventually be =sandwiched= between the 2 feet and 4 feet
I-C-E where their shaped designs focus the maximum effect of the
explosives' energy to blow the I-C-E apart where the ships thrust can
maneuver through the shipping lane.
PLEASE NOTE;
If a charge was set down on the 2 feet I-C-E and detonated . . a
large portion of the energy would blow off into the atmosphere.
If a charge was labor intensively maneuvered under the 2 feet of I-
C-E and detonated . . a large portion of the energy could adversely
impact sea life.
The Fcracking I-C-E sequence of application, weathering, and
detonation creates a =sandwiched= effect where the explosives'
energy cracks, distorts, and blows the I-C-E apart.
(d) These charges also contain a signaling micro chip or device
where their location is monitored by lower frequency radar like
NASA'S Operation Bridge which has four different kinds of radar.
(e) These charges will not detonate until the ship's drone with
eletromagnetic waves, which are matched to the right resonance
frequencies, flies over the charge and sets off the detonator.
(f) When the ships radar screen detects a charge is up ahead, the
ship flies their drone to the charge and the matching
electromagnetic frequencies detonates the charge at a safe
distance.
(g) This Fcracking I-C-E process (using shaped charges) is
designed to Fcrack, crack, and distort the I-C-E where the ships
thrust can slough (sluff off) the I-C-E to the sides enough to
proceed.
All of the above steps . . (a) through (g) were used to neutralize
Challenge #1.
Challenge #2 will apply charges at 3 feet of I-C-E and detonate at 6 feet
of I-C-E.
Challenge #3 will apply charges at 4 feet and detonate at 8 feet.
Challenge #4 applies at 5 feet and detonates at 10 feet.
Who will take these actions?
Governments, shipping operators, collations, and consortiums.

Fcracking I-C-E is designed to challenge and help open normally
frozen shipping lanes for a longer period of time in the Arctic,
Antarctia, and many locations on Planet Earth.
What are other key benefits?
The benefits of increased revenue and profits to shipping operators and
savings to consumers could provide our world's economy a much
needed boast at a critical time.

If our world leaders seriously want to address the economical and
environmental impacts of shipping . . the potential of Fcracking I-C-E to
help keep open normally frozen shipping lanes for a longer period of time
should be a consideration.
What are the proposal’s costs?
Because Fcracking I-C-E will be sailing in frozen uncharted waters
until a pattern of certain factors and variables can be substantiated . .
costs will have to be compared in relation to the economical,
environmental, and effectiveness of impacts and benefits.
Time line
There may be divergent thought as to when to begin Fcracking I-C-E.
Some may believe there should be an already set in place Chain of
Command . . a.k.a. C.O.C. before the project officially begins.
However ; there may be others who believe with so much at stake
economically and environmentally those willing to step out and pursue
action should be able to do so without the hassle and interference of
those who fail to realize . . . . . . that according to the International
Maritime Organization (IMO), carbon dioxide emissions from
shipping is estimated to be 4 or 5 percent of the global total and
estimated to rise by as much as 72 percent by 2020 if no action is
taken.

If our planetary leaders continue thinking " inside-the-box",
declining to be connected, and choosing the indecision of
business as usual, Planet Earth will inevitably succumb to our
vices and superficial reasoning.
We have the responsibility to work together and seek the
greater good as caretakers of Planet Earth.
