Basic idea is good, but would need some commitment from someone to actually see it through. No budget, probably because there is no clear plan of what to do. Not supportable.

(1) It is a limited coverage of the use of smartphones to increase the availability of farming software to farmers. It does not provide information about two options -- How much will emissions be reduced or sequestered vs. business as usual levels? And Related proposals.
(2) There is Information provided on costs and its mail goal is to work on small villages such as major US farm manufacturers, John Deer and others.
