"Although I like the concept of a self-assessment tool to assist with VA, many details are still missing from this proposal and it remains unclear. It also does not make the urban connection - how will it contribute to urban resilience? It also does not address how the tool would be constructed (eg., how would data be added - would people create profiles?) nor does it address how the quality of data will be assessed. It also floats between a VA tool and DDR tool, which are not the same."
"Good idea, but not enough information around it to ground it in reality. Elements of the toolkit are not new, or innovative."
