Judges'' comments
As I mentioned in my last comments, this proposal addresses a critical issue in waste management, and as climate change brings more natural disasters, it's only going to become more important.
This proposal could have a major impact if it could be successfully implemented. While this seems feasible, as with all innovative approaches, we just don’t know until we get down on the ground. But this is an important initiative to put some energy behind.
I recommend getting in touch with people who are on the ground in Haiti, perhaps Oxfam.

We were very inspired reading this proposal and would like to see it succeed. It combats an issue that is currently not well addressed in the field and we believe the proposed technology has much promise.
In your revisions, please:
1.) Include a local partner and pilot location (perhaps somewhere in Haiti--we encourage you to get in touch with some of the NGOs that are working in this area, and state who they are or may be),
2.) Include a more detailed discussion of the business model, and
3.) Edit the many short paragraphs into a few meaningful longer paragraphs to reduce the redundancy in this proposal.
