Thank you for participating in the 2015 Climate CoLab Global Action Plan contest, and for the time you spent in creating your entry.
The Judges have strongly considered your proposal, and have chosen to not advance it as a Semi-Finalist for this contest.
We, the Judges and contest Fellows, are truly grateful for your contribution to the Climate CoLab and for your commitment to address climate change.
We encourage you to keep developing your work and to submit it into future contests, which will open in the fall and winter of 2016. We very much hope you will stay involved in the Climate CoLab community. Please support and comment on other proposals on the platform and continue to submit your ideas into our contests.

Additional comments:
- No Data supporting the assumption that kelp will absorb CO2, how much the unit kelp will absorb the CO2, and sinking the kelp bed into the sea will permanently store the CO2. In addition, not mentioning who to do the work and how this can be done
- I am not familiar with marine issues.
- Strong single idea that could be applied globally, but not a global proposal itself. The idea is to create a floating garden of kelp in the world's oceans, aiming to use the bottom of the ocean as a carbon sink. The idea is not unheard of before, however it would be interesting to see how it is developed (and implemented, if possible). The main proposal selected a set of sub-proposals; some are relatively related to the main one.
