Hi Team DEP
This is a wonderful idea and looks very practical. Few suggestions.
1. Ensure all sections are adequately filled.
2. You seem to be suggesting the use of a device, please ensure that you explain about the device adequately. This will help readers differentiate it from what is usually perceived as mere energy planner
2. What could be the impact in terms of emission reduction. It could be technical calculations however information about units of electricity that can be saved and the average Carbon Dioxide offset by the same will be interesting information.
Thank you
NK

Remarks: The proposal deals with DEP as an enabler device that empowers every consumer with the tools and knowledge to reduce and contain their individual energy consumption resulting in cost/energy savings. Given the rising energy prices, it certainly makes sense to target the domestic sector in India. It would be useful to ascertain if there are other competitors in the market, what are the comparative cost advantages, how greater use of the IT devices/internet could be made. Also, the human angle in terms of sensitization and capacity building needs to be strengthened.
