Reference to similar projects in Burundi, Rwanda and Uganda was mentioned. It would be good to study progress or project reports of such interventions since your project will be in almost the same geographical area. there would be some lessons to learn from successes and of course, the lapses of the projects that you mentioned. When that is done, such information will improve the quality of your proposal. - It is suggested that you devise how your objectives can be measured or quantified both in the short and long term. You could propose some indicators based on literature or outcomes of similar projects. - Try to clarify the research you intended to carry out in this proposal Best wishes
