I'm one of the catalysts, helping provide comments and feedback, in an effort to help strengthen proposals. Thank you for sharing your proposal. It starts with a compelling hook- an allegory to impress the urgency of the climate issue, and is well-written, but please continue to flesh out the description to include a concrete proposal of what you think could be done (and by whom) to begin to shift attitudes and impel behavioral change on this issue.
