I appreciate the time you've taken for this submission. I believe the proposal would be even stronger if you could incorporate some more concrete goals and objectives for the project. Can you add a sentence or two in the first paragraph stating the purpose of the work you're doing and how you plan to do it? What are your specific and measurable goals for shifting people's attitudes and behavior regarding climate change?

Dear Hannah, thank you for your very helpful comment! Hope the proposal's entry is stronger now. I found an authentic way to start, I think. You find some planned actions down at "What are the proposal's costs?" I would Iappreciate very much to get support for a passionate idea with immediate output for people participating even during reading this proposal. Kind regards Ronald

Hello Ronald, Thanks for your proposal to the Climate CoLab. I'm one of the catalysts, helping provide comments and feedback, in an effort to help strengthen proposals. Thank you for you sharing information and the web link regarding this group discussing the personal implications of and actionable steps on climate change in Germany. You might consider adding a few sentences in the beginning of the description, outlining the basic premise and description of this group meeting in Hamburg, the nature of your discussions, and how you may envision this model being replicated in other areas of the globe. You might additionally mention the potential for an online MOOC, and expand on its possible content in the sections below. Additionally, you could also introduce/explain the concept of 3-C thinking a bit further, to ensure people fully understand the concept. In the impact section, you could describe how some of the discussions of personal action steps can be linked to concrete emissions reductions, or reducing one's personal carbon footprint. Finally, as you noted in the post, in the future, you could consider the option of having translations from German to other languages on the website. Thanks for your contribution.

Dear Jennifer, thank your very much! I added some thoughts in the description, now. At the moment I focus on getting fixed office hours and marketing/advertising/communication running (see the section "What are the proposal's costs?"). Would be glad to,get help for this first important step now. I would like very much to work together to build up a cMOOC that e.g. explaines some of the models you find in the proposal. Do you know people who might want to build up a cMOOC, so that I could make a contribution there? Kind regards Ronald

Hello Stevie, thank you for your best wishes. The proposal shows some next steps I would like to go to grow the Initiative evolutionary. I hope to enter the semi-finalist selection now and would then broaden the proposed activities in an updated comprehensive framework. At the same time it is very important for me that the proposed activities grip on reality, and that is what we have to offer here in Hamburg/Germany. If you would like to see the names of the related people you may have a look at this page https://sinnwissen.wordpress.com and scroll down to the names of the supporters there. We are looking forward to make the next step now. Kind regards Ronald
