Good to read your proposal. I had a few questions : "You would eliminate plastic bags used for dog waste" - this is what you write. But, if you practically look at it, there would be multiple people calling at the same time, increasing the amount of fuel per trip of waste pick compared to local municipal van picking it up.

Thank you for that, fuel will not be use. Robotic dog pick will run off passive motion though the center or outer surface of the robot. Hopefully suburban areas can accommodate electric charge points prior to pick up. People's concepts can eliminate the need for conventional movement. By the time this happens hopefully people will cure poverty, and drought by working together. If your interested I will share my concepts about future motion.(Not sure if it will work)

Thank you for your proposal submission Curite. I do have a couple of questions though: 1) Where are these robots coming from? 2) Do they need to be built especially for dog waste pick-up?

As far as who would build the Robots I'm not sure, but the Robot will serve a pivotal roll in improving sanitation and trash consumption in the future.

The robots could be built by manufactures or grad students could build and test the robots to pay for their tuitions.
Thanks for your time regarding this project.
