Hi Michael,
Thank you for your great proposal. One thing I would suggest is for you to give even a brief answer to the last few questions under the description. You propose a lot of references that back your proposal but questions about costs, implementation (by who and where), for instance, are necessary when getting a first glimpse at your proposal.

Hello Aissatou,
Thanks for the feedback. I'm attempting to stake out the core technologies I plan on using to help prevent crossing over the technical scope of the works of other presenters while providing others with an idea of what will be put forth on this particular subject by myself.
Sewage solid waste management has significant value to the search for a net negative global emissions scenario solutions. Plastic waste conversion can also be folded into the suite of technologies that are being proposed.
As I flesh this outline out, please let me know your thoughts and comments. I do hope for as much collaboration as possible.

Judges 1: The proposal is appealing and clear and has the potential for moderate impact on a major issue. However, I question the feasibility of utilizing the existing terrestrial utility infrastructure to implement the plan, either by utilizing existing lines no longer in service (usually for good reason) or by installing new lines along existing ROWs (potentially prohibitively expensive).
The use of ocean-based reactors has promise on a pilot scale level but I fail to see it happening at large scale at this time simply due to political and public opposition to anything based at sea (e.g. windmills, drilling platforms). There is a vast amount of infrastructure required to scale up this proposal. No information was provided with regard to where, cost, timeline, or emissions reduction make it difficult to fully support.
