Keep up the great work. And thank you again for being a part of this mission to harness the world's collective efforts to develop and share innovative climate change solutions.

Additional comments:

This proposal is more of a description of a traditional community based adaptation approach rather than a project proposal describing what needs to be done where and how. Itl addresses the potential for community-based adaptation to facilitate locally-appropriate, effective responses to climate change impacts. CBA, however, is already in widespread use (for instance) by the World Bank, the International Development Research Centre, and a host of scholars. The scale of implementation proposed here is vast, without specific partners identified. We suggest that the proponents continue to think through targeted applications of CBA that could deliver measurable results

All the best,
2016 Climate CoLab Judges
