The only thing that I saw missing was a pilot country for the action plan because this would greatly impact the local level policies, culture, etc. On that note, the land that would be used for the cultivation of Jatropha would probably replace another agricultural activity or have an impact on local flora/fuana of a particular region? Overall well done! |
