Nice Name! The CanPoo Reactor.

“DRR proliferation concerns.” Could you explain more about this issue? I tend to be concerned about these issues, having read Charles Perrow’s Normal Accidents at an early age.

Why is it important to mention the specific aircraft: “S.T.O.L. Aircraft like the DHC-5.”? Could you compare this to standard practices for nuclear waste. Also, why not revise the process so that Radiolysis occurs at the nuclear site?

Could you explain more on this: “anything not converting to hydrogen, will be disposed of using Browns Gas "transmutation"? E.g. is this a good source for such information. Could you perhaps made a summary for your proposal?

I would also like to see more detail, as the judges have suggested:

"For the next round of judging, please add detail that will help justify the economics and technical feasibility of using radioactive materials to generate hydrogen from waste and compare it to conventional technology."
