Thank you for your imaginative and innovative proposal. Unfortunately our judges have decided not to advance your proposal to the next stage. Here is some constructive feedback:
1. Feasibility
"Its an appealing proposal and there is a need for further research for anticonvection heatpipes but the proposal lacks details on the costs required, the organizations/institutions that will be doing the research, potential costing of benefits, etc."
2. institutional support
what are other ways to encourage a project of this nature to move forward? Involvement from Congress? Federal Agencies? Involvement from State Senators or Assembly members? Something you could also consider is the Investment Tax Credit for solar power.
