The proposal is well developed and addresses all the raised comments by the Judges. If implemented, working with the local governments, it should be able to improve both the environment and quality of life. Is is possible to link this to overall hygiene and sanitation especially to poor areas of urban centers, and to ensure clean urban rivers?
This should work especially involving school children for awareness and the media.
