The proposal is interesting, appealing, and ambitious. Please make the following changes to strengthen the proposal.
1. Develop and present a budget for the project.
2. Elaborate on the proposed economic/financial model. For example, is the project proposal just referring to donor-based finance? If so, potential for scaling the project seems limited. If the project proposal is referring to a market-based model, this should be explicit.
3. Describe how the proposal differs from comparable activities that are now quite wide-spread in Africa.
