Hi Saadithya,

This is a great idea, thank you for your proposal. A few comments/suggestions;

1. Would it be possible to use the QR code for non smartphones? You say this can be used all over the world but in many places, a lot of people have phones that are not smartphones.

2. Is QR an acronym? If so, please spell it out when you first use it so all the readers are aligned on what it is.

Best of luck!

Thanks for your great suggestions.

  1. QR code works with smartphones only, for countries where there is no smartphones, the QR code reader can be fixed with the dustbin itself, eliminatig the need for smartphones.
  2. QR code (abbreviated from Quick Response Code) is the trademark for a type of matrix barcode (or two-dimensional barcode) first designed for the automotive industry in Japan.
