I have heeded the judges’ request and did more research on how information generated will be delivered and on how the communities will use this information to anticipate climate hazards and also how they would be able to share agro-ecological information. I have also added pictorial representations to clearly explain my ideas.

I have also worked on the technical aspect of it explaining in detail how hardware features of a smartphone can be incorporated.

The timing element has also been revised, and I noticed it was a grave error on my part as the application would be needed NOW to make substantial effects to the communities.

All in all I truly appreciate the judges’ insightful feedback.
