What you proposed aren't new concepts. They aren't even unknown. These recommendations have been practicing in Pakistan since more than a decade. Organizations like IUCN, WWF, ministry of environment (ex). I think you should have done more research about the topic and what is being done already and then improved on it. Rather then suggesting solutions as something new without acknowledging their existence.

Dear Aown,

Thanks for your interest in my proposal and spending time to read it. Climate change is a multi-dimensional dilemma. Its effects range from concerns about human well-being to economics of a country and society. Your interest in this topic is excellent and worth-appreciating. Contributions made by IUCN, WWF, and ministry of environment (ex) are remarkable in creating awareness about climate change and its effects on humanity; and related creatures and phenomena. Your comments about my proposal provided me an opportunity to improve it, explain it in detail and make it more comprehensible for the lay-man.

  • After reading your comments, it is clear that you have not precise understanding about the effects of climate change on agriculture. You have mixed it with the effects of climate change on this planet as a whole. It becomes more clear when you mentioned about IUCN, WWF etc. (the organizations which are not directly concerned with effects of climate change on world agriculture).  My proposal is very precise and it relates to effects of climate change on agriculture, and more specifically "Pakistan agriculture" (Pakistan agriculture is a loser in view of climate change, whereas, agriculture in some countries is a beneficiary of climate change).

  • This is a very technical proposal which encompasses summarizing effects of climate change on Pakistan agriculture. These effects are reported by many e.g., a study focused on effects of climate change on wheat senescence in India (Lobell et al. 2012) is very comprehensive. Similar effects of extreme heat (a product of climate change) are occurring on wheat in Pakistan (I'll suffice to this, otherwise many other studies can be quoted).

  • I have pin-pointed effects of climate change, which are very technical in nature, and needs a very thorough knowledge of the subject for their proper understanding.

  • My proposal suggests strategies/solutions to adapt to aftermath of climate change and ameliorate the climate change effects for sustainable agricultural growth of Pakistan. These strategies/solutions are proposed on the basis of my 15-20 years research experience in this domain. These solutions are very novel and practicable. You have seen that a number of experts in this field are supporting these strategies/solutions, in addition to the common public directly linked to agriculture.

  • I hope now it will be easy for you to grasp the main theme of this proposal.

Thanks again for your interest in my proposal and providing me an opportunity to clear the main gist of my proposal.

Good night!

Saeed

I'm sorry I didn't mean to offend you. But you can look at these sites to understand what I meant when I said there's lack of research in your proposal.

Dear Aown,

Thanks for your comments again. This time you are precise in mentioning the projects. I know about all these projects. But, my proposal is based on different theme which is entirely different from the approaches followed in the mentioned projects. So, I did not feel any relevance to quote these projects in my proposal. My proposal is based on the theme of "paradigm shift", which is a novel concept in view of climate change. This is based on my own research findings/conclusions and first-hand knowledge of practical observations related to effects of climate change on Pakistan agriculture. Soon, I'm going to publish these findings/conclusions.

Thanks for your understanding.
