Judges'' comments


The Judges felt the proposal was interesting, and well-presented, with potential for reducing vulnerability of communities with mangroves based-livelihoods against floods.

However, they also felt it did not clear address the early warning and action responses sought in the "Anticipate" pillar of the A2R initiative. It may be more appropriate for a future contest on the "Absorb" pillar of A2R, on which we intend to host another contest.
