I was actually coming on here to make the same suggestion, however, I would take it even further and extend it to rooftops. The vast majority of rooftops are black tar or black shingles. If we made it a standard to replace all those rooftops along with all those roads, parking lots, etc., with a more reflective color, I am sure we could make a dramatic impact on retianed heat in the earths atmosphere. Could we combine these ideas into one larger, more impactful concept of realistic and actionable heat reduction?
