This project could have potential - the notion of a structured evaluation of a set of adaptation actions for particular problems has merit as a decision support tool. There is no doubt that there is a need for greater investments in climate change assessment in African nations. However, this proposal focuses on assessment, but provides little in the way of adaptation solutions.
