- Interesting concept, which probably should be investigated further, but this proposal doesn't appear to articulate how the concept would be advanced by the author. More thought is needed on implementation.
- Would this be a multinational thing where sovereigns paid? Would drug companies pay for it? Can you show that fungal and other diseases that might be in this ice have changed over time with CC already? (the Judges believe there are initial data about more than vector born diseases). Can you say more about the health impacts of climate change generally to describe the current scale of the problem that your thesis would exacerbate? Can you describe how many fungal diseases we have already, who suffers most from them, and where in the world?
