Unfortunately, the claims made in the proposal have not been backed up by the required data/explanations. The proposal does not explain the concept. it does refer to a 'black building' proposal. From that, it seems this approach is to use solar energy and fans to drive air up through a building with a triple façade. It is not clear what happens if the inlet air is too warm. It also only seems to apply to large buildings. The author/s is encouraged to add any related drawings and a more detailed description of the "SA-Conditioner" concept.
