Pitch
The assessment of the cost of cleaning the air and respectivly taxing the companies and governments for their pollution.
Description
Summary
And assessment of the costs of cleaning the global air pollution by an international organization, and based on this factor, tax the companies directly for the damaged they caused over a 15 year period, skipping possible governmental missmanagement or corruption.
There by having the international authority and government backing to enforce companies to pay over this 15 year period and adapt according to the future climate problems.
This relatively medium timeline gives us enough time to take action and at the same time not to suffer the consequences of climate change.
This project un like others tries to promote the use of this taxes to encourage the development of environments which would clean the air problem instead of the incrementation of this taxes to promote the reduction of pollutants which rearly is enforced as ounce there is no environment to save there is no way to clean the air in an environmental way.
