Pitch

Conventional nuclear reactors generate lots of toxic radioactive wastes & impose tremendous threat. We research replacement mid-Z beta fuel.

Description

Summary

Our recent deep researches have fruited many great discoveries and inventions.

1. thermal solar neutrinos can be focused by special heavy metal lens, and the focused neutrinos can catalyze nuclear beta decay in exponential effect.

2. it is possible to mimic superconductor by dyno-capacitor module to cheaply realize same effects but  working in room temperature even higher hundreds Celsius degree.

By combining above 2 catalysis technologies, we expect to build a powerful high voltage DC betavoltaic nuclear reactor by using Lutetium fuel 176Lu.

Although energy density is far less than conventional fission fuel 235U, however it is very clean nuclear energy, because of its non-toxic resultant and no harmful waste.

The key is the catalysis function of focusable low energy thermal neutrinos. Even the recent solar eclipse event in USA on August 21th can prove that it's true, because of the moon's lens effect converging thermal neutrinos.

It is a common sense that visible photons light can be bent by prism, but once upon a time, humankind discovered X-ray & gamma ray, then proved that such a high energy light almost straightly pass through any matter.

Now we proved that high energy neutrinos almost no bend anywhere, does the extreme low energy neutrinos ray behave like the low energy visible light with regarding to refraction? It should be, as per the usual logic of Great Nature and some experiments!

What actions do you propose?

Who will take these actions?

The principal investigator Yanming Wei in Kiwaho Lab.

Where will these actions be taken?

Wish embrace USA, may consider immigration if any entity sponsors.

In addition, specify the country or countries where these actions will be taken.

United States

Impact/Benefits

What impact will these actions have on greenhouse gas emissions and/or adapting to climate change?

* No toxic nuclear waste at all. Even it is possible that the resultant is more valuable than fuel itself.

* Zero greenhouse emission.

* When catalysis cutoff, nuclear beta "combustion" stops immediately.

What are other key benefits?

Costs/Challenges

What are the proposal’s projected costs?

$1M

High Net Worth Individual (HNWI), any entity, even Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) in the world are welcome to funding this project. To comply with nuclear nonproliferation treaty, refuse any international sanctioned investor by U.N. or U.S.

The sovereign wealth fund can monopolize fruits & rights exclusively if there is one investment, then buyout all personal or any other entity's rights via negotiation.
