Judges'' comments
Judge 1: I enjoyed reading this proposal. Certainly information is an important part of the climate battle. I think this proposal would benefit from clearer links to Climate Co-Lab proposals and to the SDGs it will address.
Judge 2: This proposal seems to be a funding proposal for a private venture. It makes no attempt to collate other proposals but suggests creating privately owned CIS 'for profit' but highlights the clients to be the most vulnerable, remote and rural people, but makes no suggestion on how they could possibly pay for such services. Although not new, the basic concept is sound i.e. provision of CIS to the citizenry in general, but this cannot work as a private venture e.g. if you don't pay, you get no service like early warning of disasters? The proposal provides no information of how its is 'synergistically' pulling together aspects to address the SDGs nor other aspects of requirements and does not deserve further attention
