Judges'' comments
This is an interesting idea, but needs further refinement to be ready to push forward. It was also a bit hard to read due to the use of many terms with which I am not familiar (and which are not defined.) Nevertheless, an interesting idea and I like the linking of fashion and women's empowerment in the fight against poverty. But there is more thinking and elaboration to be done here before it is quite ready.
This is a worthwhile and appealing initiative. however, it is not submitted to the right contest .e it does not address collating any other Colab SDG proposals and is a stand alone. The proponents should be requested to submit to a more relevant contest

Judges'' comments
Judge 1: The ideas in this proposal are interesting, but it needs some polishing to be more easily understood by the reader. For example, there are many abbreviations that at least this reader did not understand. Those should be written out, at least the first time. A clearer, and more concise (remove all excess text) description of what you are doing, why, and how it might be scalable elsewhere would help you to make your case more strongly.
