Move jails to zones with agricultural potential and make prisoners cultivate the earth as part of their re-socialization.

Summary

Moving jails to marginal cultivable areas may make more space in cities, lowers city energy consumption, eases the load on the electrical transportation network, the prisoners re socialize themselves learning how to cultivate the ground, cultivating part of their own food, with better quality of life for prisoners. Growing plants absorbs CO2 and even marginal zones might become more fertile.
