This is an interesting idea which has been proposed elsewhere but doesn't seem to have gained much traction. The proposal could be strengthened by addressing: how biomass removal affects soil and biodiversity on managed forest lands, economic feasibility, scale (MW and land area), and what positive impacts of wildfires would have to be addressed with this practice.
