Development of model sustainable system of tea cultivation by Green tech team

Forest gardening is one of the best ways to be biologically sustainable and cope with the disturbances caused due to climate change. There is a famous book named "Forest Gardening: Cultivating an Edible Landscape" written by Robert Hart. You may go through the book to understand the concept better and help you with this project. All the best.

Am no expert on agricultural technologies. Assuming the proposed new technology and economics works, unfortunately in many developing countries you still must address funding-political and socio-economic-political issues.
Funding sources and sequences: often come with vested-interests, be it from local businessmen or equipment suppliers. Public sector funding is complex, highly political and prone to corruption (like in all developing countries, and in many advanced economies). Best bet are non-governmental organizations, multi-lateral development agencies. However, on the latter, the bigger they are the more they also deal or have arrangements with your country's central government: this creates political and middlemen issues again. Sorry, realities that must be dealt with.
Socio-political issues: are farmers willing to support your new scheme? Will they have to forgo income during the transitional/execution phase? How do they need to be educated? How will demographics, urbanization etc impact the sustainability of your new scheme, once implemented? Are there any possible cultural/tribal issues that you (may have) missed?
Additionally, encompassing both major issue areas above: what will big tea plantation companies do? will they support your new scheme or consider you as competition?

interesting proposal, my questions are the following, how would you prepare farmes for the study and, why not to consider other countries producing tea, for example, India, Vietnam, etc.

Thanking your comment and I have mention below general idea of experiment . As you comment any place where cultivate tea this model can apply but I mention only name of my country because it is easy to operate me.
As base line data soil pH, CEC, soil structure, soil carbon content, soil respiration will observe. Soil moisture reduction and retention under drought condition, as micro climatic observation such relative humidity and air temperature, light intensity will monitor for a period of time as phinological observation , …………….. and pest and disease out break after establish the system ecosystem service like food, fodder, manure, medicine, carbon sequration, provide habitats for wild animal also will monitored. As economical parameter cost of production, labor requirement will monitor.
Analysis of data will do according to dynamic observation of the field
