Summary
In urban communities, business owners would be able to trade ad space for ads for environmental issues, the end result being an environmental sponsorship designation. For example, a restaurant could trade one free lunch for the staff of a local publication in exchange for an ad supporting environmental issues. The business owner would receive an environmental sponsorship designation which the business can freely display for customers.

Am organization being created to assist in the media bartering as well as review and provide the designations to the businesses in urban communities.
Who will take these actions?
Businesses would be the primary agents of change. The secondary agent of change would be the media in urban communities....newspapers, local television stations, magazine publishers, and media website owners.
Where will these actions be taken?
This could take place in any urban community in the world.

Minimal costs if any. All of this could be done on the volunteer level.
Timeline
The program is independent of time frame, with the exception to the growth and goodwill valuation of the sponsorship society.
