| From my reading, I found that's not big issue to consider CO2 and you can see this study done by NASA
For every one degree F. of CO2-induced warming, heavy rainfall will increase globally by 3.9 percent and light rain will increase by 1.0 percent. Moderate rainfall will decrease by 1.4 percent, which means that there will be little change in total global rainfall. They conclude the model predictions of how much rain will fall at any one location as the climate warms are not very reliable.
