It seems what is described here is simply encouraging more people to take part in existing MOOC resources. Since there weren't any tangible costs described, I wouldn't advance this as a project to compete against others for support.

Dear Judges-Team, 

Thanks a lot for your constructive feedback on our proposal. 

My short reflection on it in form of a #PresencingStatus: 

  • Good - while participating in the contest new opportunities and offers came up to bring the project idea forward
  • Tricky - bringing a small (often early digitally based prototype) into a more tangible (and costly (!)) project phase that is then higher valued by relevant stakeholders is a challenge not to be underestimated 
  • Learned - it takes grip to "stay in the loop" with a proposal, honing it over time (sometimes years) - only passion and having seen parts of the proposal in the real-life can be the fuel and energy for it
  • Action - Question, "What does it take to bring forward an innovation project that in the early prototyping phase does not have financial costs?"
