Sorry, but this proposal needs a complete makeover.
The concept isn't thoroughly thought out and lacks clarity.
Direct interventions with existing mainstream media on climate would be great to pursue (in the US, some of this has happened with local weather casters). The urgency and breadth of the idea are both highly appropriate. But the proposal has a pie-in-the-sky feeling absent a plan to develop a research brief for the BBC journalists, etc. The messages should be tested, too. Finally, the exclusive focus on individual/consumer choice over and against civic dialogue and action to get policy changes is a shortcoming.
It would be great if we could access to the whole population in the context of climate change. But, the proposal is not providing the practical approach to do this. When advanced, the proposal should give strengthened and practical approach.
