The proposal is lacking the required details to make a decision on its merits.
Interesting idea to create currency that values mother nature instead of exploiting it, however this proposal is not fully fleshed out and is incoherent in some areas.
It's an interesting proposal, theoretically. I just don't see this as being a practical project. To change the entire economic system is an ambitious, lofty goal. While I commend the author for making an effort, I just can't see this being a successful proposal.
