Judge 1:
It is not clear what is proposed. Did the author succeed in overcoming the first law of thermodynamics?
Judge 2:
Interesting idea - although it is almost impossible to understand how it works and what the energy flows are. If it works, it could be amazing, but the proposal doesn't have enough detail and/or attention to convince me. Please keep working on this and submit a better proposal pitch next time! I hope to read about this again!
Judge 3:
This proposal is difficult to review because the concept has not been communicated in a way that I really understand what is being proposed. It would be improved by a re-write with more information on the concept being proposed. It would benefit significantly from an initial demonstration of the technology, to verify that is works and has some benefit.
