Judge 1:
This is is another variant of the overhead pod car type system. Some of the details on the referenced website/handbook are well developed while others - e.g. mechanical issues, static analysis, propulsion, whether there will be battery-powered pods or the power will be on the rail, safety issues in case of power outage if the latter are not rendered in much detail. Perhaps the more critical issues are prices, ridership, and high demand periods in which individual podcar systems tend to produce very high delays. Some analysis of scale up would also be useful. Some discussion of how this is different from say SkyTran might be helpful.
