Why do not think in a improved WWTP that is decentralized, has low emission of GHG, better OPEX and meets the suggested process from UN?

Quoting the last UN Report "In a world where demands for fresh water are constantly growing, and where limited water resources are increasingly affected by over-exploitation, pollution and climate change, neglecting the opportunities arising from better wastewater management is not less than unthinkable in the context of a circular economy"

In this context of circular economy the Wastewater management ‘4 R’s’:

reducing pollution at the source;
removing contaminants from wastewater flows;
reusing reclaimed water; and
recovering useful by-products 

Sistema COROH® is a WWTP that can contribute and enable such goals do to it's uniqueness:

Low GHG emissions compared to other WWTPs
Reuse of materials in it construction process
High quality treatment, results in water that fits for several Reuse applications
Several nutrients, like N and P can be recovered from it process
