Unclear what the change engine principles are that will be followed to ensure and enable collaboration and cooperation, and what the “business model replication” process entails.
Not clear how and where the circular principles are applied in selection process.
Big barrier and challenge to get stakeholders to invest in the social impact bond, given the challenges that green bonds are having with investor confidence and the actual impact of green bonds in achieving impact.
Multiple stakeholders that need to commit is a big risk. F.e. National government commitments are key for success and are unlikely to happen at scale short term. An MVP approach could be a solution.
Costs seem quite excessive with little indication of what they will be used for.
The description of the project was not very clear. It was very difficult to understand the project and how it will be applied.
